The carriers we use to safely deliver your order to your door are Royal Mail, DHL, and DPD. We offer a next day delivery service on selected items for orders placed for delivery in the UK, however, we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery day on any order.
Please allow 3-5 working days for a standard order to be shipped. We aim to pick "Priority" orders on the same day and these will be dispatched on our fastest standard service. The delivery method being used will be shown at checkout. Please note that at busier times, dispatch may take longer. There may also be a small delay on orders paid for via finance as processing will usually take a little longer.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a despatch email confirming which courier will be delivering your order to you, along with a tracking number for your order
If you don't have your tracking number, disagree with the information provided by the courier, or believe the courier has let you down, then please contact our customer service team on Live Chat or Email via our contact us page and we will happily investigate and resolve any issues for you.
Note: If you haven't received an order confirmation, or dispatch email from us then try checking your junk mail folder, as some email filters can tag valid emails as junk. If still no luck, then please contact us with your enquiry.
For orders placed through Royal Mail Tracked 24® we aim for same-day dispatch for all orders placed before 5pm UK Time, Monday to Friday. Royal Mail Tracked 24® provides a UK-wide next-day delivery (from the time of dispatch) with online tracking included.
Please help us deliver your order as efficiently as possible by providing a telephone number (preferably a mobile number) when placing your order on our website. This way our parcel carriers can contact you, should they need to, on the day of your delivery. Also, the telephone number is a requirement for Customs and providing one will speed up clearance and delivery of your parcel - this is particularly important for our customers outside the United Kingdom.
Please note we are unable to offer next day delivery to certain postcodes areas due to carrier restrictions.
